Greatools Tooling & Injection Molding Co., Ltd., is established in 2003, we are engaged in developing, producing and exporting high quality injection moulds and plastic parts to global customer. 90% of our products were exported to Germany, USA, UK and other European countries. And products are involved in many fields including home appliance, IT, automobile, digital stuff and medical treatment etc.

The factory locates in Zhongshan, has about 200 employees, 6 sets CNC machine, 16 sets EDM and many other facilities, all are working in good function. We can make 35~40 injection moulds and huge quantitiess of plastic parts per month. The moulds we made for our customers includes gas-asssisted injection moulds, high precision connector moulds and several hot runner systems like HASCO, DME, INCOE, EWIKON, Moldmaster and YUDO. We also provide prototyping parts to our customer made by CNC milling or SLA or SLS or vacuum injection. Our skillful engineers are familiar with using many popular design softwares like PRO-E, solidwork, autoCAD and UG, they also can make the moldflow analysis if necessary before mould design.
